Affidavit, 1934
Affidavit requested by Hadi Ashraf and Ibrahim Ashraf, the inheritors of Mirza Hashim, from farmers, business owners, and knowledgeable people of Sang Siyah and Kazirun Gate, to testify that Shahzadah Khanum, wife of Abu al-Qasim Abu al-Varadi, has broken into and taken possession of the room above a stable located at Sarduzak neighborhood of Shiraz, and now claims its ownership. Seven people have signed the affidavit.

Power of attorney to get inheritance, 1906
Power of attorney given to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Khavar Sultan, daughter of Muhammad Khan and wife of Mashhadi Nasir from Shiraz to last up to six months from the time of this contract in order to get back the inherited house of her deceased husband. The house should have been transferred to Khavar Sultan and her children, but Muhammad Husayn Ghali-furush [the rug dealer] has usurped it. Dated August 14, 1906

Mashhadi Muhammad Hasan, son of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Husayn, claims that the late Sahib Sultan (his brother's wife and daughter of Haji Isma‘il from Qasr al-Dasht) had settled all her belongings with him, but Sughra Sultan (wife of Hasan ‘Ali from Qasr al-Dasht and sister of the late Aqa [illegible]) has usurped them.

Petition of Haji Nasr Allah, resident of Bazar-i Murgh neighborhood, and Aqa Mulla Ghulam Riza, resident of Sarbagh neighborhood, written by Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, resident of Lab-i Ab neighborhood, requesting the rent of one-third of ‘Ali Abad Zahirak village to be spent as the late Hajiyah Zivar Sultan, daughter of Haji Muhammad Hasan Tajir [the merchant] had asked, based on her father's will.

Power of attorney given by the daughter of the late Sadr al-Atibba’ to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, known as Saham al-Shari‘ah, in order to get her share of her deceased father's inheritance, along with the ownership of three stores, and her share of a house that her brother, Mirza ‘Ali Asghar Khan, has falsely occupied. On the margin, the claim has been rejected.

Letter regarding Mirza Khalil's debt, 1910
Letter from I‘timad al-Islam to Haj Mirza Khalil asking him to return the ownership of several stores and the rent of a flower garden (for eighty-two tumans); based on a former settlement, they were transferred to Haj Aqa Buzurg from his deceased wife, but now are in possession of Haj Mirza Khalil. Another letter asks Haj Mirza Khalil to pay eighty-four tumans as the share of the inheritors.

Testimony of the daughter of the late Ra’is ‘Ali Zari‘ regarding her father's properties
Testimony of the daughter of the late Ra’is ‘Ali Zari‘ [the farmer], wife of Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn, regarding her father's properties, including his house, house furnishings, and at least two thousand tumans, that the other inheritors have kept because she was underage at the time of her father's death. Eleven people have signed the testimony, and have testified that Ra’is ‘Ali was a wealthy man and his daughter was an infant when he passed away.
